Humble Twig is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.
⚡︎ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Please allow 5-7 days to receive items once the shipping carrier has them.

Inventory is limited; I cannot offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before checking out. If the item you received is truly an error on my part (e.g., you received the wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect item), notify me within 10 days of receiving your order with clear photos demonstrating the issue, and I will issue a refund.
