I want to talk to you about a potential design project. What's the typical design process like?
I'm always happy to sit and talk with you about a potential project! We'll begin with a brief discussion of the project at hand via email, phone, or direct meeting. This will include the goals of your project, audience, budget, deadline, etc. I'll be able to give you a better informed estimate and timeline once I know more details about the work you're seeking. Once we've settled on a projected budget, timeline, and contracts, I'll begin working. Together, we'll work through a few revisions before I present you with a final piece. Upon final approval and project completion, I'll provide you or an appointed party the necessary files. Easy as pie.

How much do your design services cost?
Long Story: Graphic Design can add value to any project, but it doesn't have to cost an arm, leg, and your first born. Each project is comprised of unique needs, circumstances, and budgets. At Humble Twig, there are baseline fares for different types of projects that will fluctuate depending on the scope of the work necessary, and the budget you're able to put forth. Before we even discuss costs, we'll have a conversation about your project needs, goals, and budget. From there, I can offer a more informed estimate, and a projected means to complete the project.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority, and can be shipped to PO Boxes.

My print arrived damaged, can I exchange it for a new one?
Yes! I want your prints to arrive in mint condition so you can enjoy them to the fullest! Should anything unfortunately become damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and contact me as soon as you can. Return the damaged print and I'll exchange the product for a matching or equivalent print. 

Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately for the time being, Humble Twig only ships within the U.S.
