Product Information

All posters and other goods are hand printed. As a result, color and registration variances may exist from item to item, making each piece individual and authentic. While slight differences exist, each piece is checked for quality and integrity of its intended design before it makes its way to you.

All items are printed with water-based inks on responsible, American-made paper and textiles.

Product Care

All screen printed wearables are printed with water-based ink, resulting in a soft finish and acquire “vintage” look over time and washings. Wash garments inside-out in cold water in a gentle cycle with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry in a low temperature. Washing at too high of a temperature or too vigorous of a wash setting may cause the design to fade slightly over time.

Avoid using harsh cleaners during washings. Do not use a hot iron directly on screen printed areas. Dry cleaning not recommended.

Shipping Policies

Items are shipped via USPS Priority.

Prints and other flat-goods are shipped flat to help maintain their life and beauty. If an order must be shipped in multiple packages, I will let you know.

Due to the small nature of Humble Twig’s operation (it’s just me), orders may not ship same-day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. If the package is lost during shipment, please contact your local post office.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Unless an item is received damaged, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

If an item is damaged during transit, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo, and I will exchange it with a matching or equivalent item at no charge. I want your prints to arrive in mint condition so that you can enjoy them to the fullest!
